EXHIBIT D - SUBCONTRACTOR CONDUCT
1. Subcontractor wili not be provided any area to store materiais on or near the jobsite. To the extent that FCG has
space for a single storage container,and at#he sole e}ection of FCG, FCG may permit SubconEractar to provide
an acceptable containerltraiier,which FCG may,at any time, require Subcontractor to rernove the storage
container. To the extent that 5ubcontractor is permitted ta pravide a starage container,then.
9.9.Subcontractor hereby grants to FCG the right to access and enter into the s#orage container withaut
notice.
9.2.Subcontractor shail immediately provide ail access information and things to FCG to permit access into
the storage container, including any keys ta the storage cantainer.
2. Subcantractor will not be provided a staging area for daily material. To the e�er�that space is available to
stage daily materials,and at the sole election of FCG, FGG may permi#Subcontractor to have limited and
restricted staging acea far daily material staging,which FCG may, at any#ime, may cease ta provide#o
Subcontractor a staging area.
3. Parking is 1[mi#ed to(2)spaces per Subc�ntractor and wiil be assigned by FCG
4. Subcontract shall store, protect, and insure salvage material. Subcontractor will not be provided an area to stare
salvage material. T�the ex#ent that space is availa6le to stare salvage material, and at the sole slection af
FCG,FCG may permit Subcon#ractor to have limited and restricted area to stare salvage material,which FCG
may, at any time, may cease#o provide to Subcontractor an area ta s#ore salvage material.
5. Subcontractor must identify in writing, prior to starting any work, a safety persan and hislher 24-haur cantact
informatian,
6. Subcontractar shall identify in writing, prior to starking any work,an emergency person and his/her 24-hour
contact information.
7. Every person on the jobsite because af Subcontractor, including those within Subcantrac#or's chain of contracts,
must sign in daily,
8. Everyforeman on the jobsite must provide hislher cell phone number in the sign in baok each day.
9. Every person on the jobsite becauss of Subcontractor sha11 wear compar�y shirts with sleeves or sleeved sl�irts
with safety vests, long pants with apprapria#e PPE for their role,and an FCG lanyard identifying their name and
company.
10. Subcontractor shall never have sole, unaccampanied access to a tenanYs unit. .
11. Subcor�ractor shall never have an access key to a#enant's unit.
12. Subcantractors must be accompanied by at least someone from FCG, ar someone authorized in writing by FCG,
in order ta enter a tenant's unit.
13. Subcontractors shali not speak with tenants or management dir�ctiy, un(ess an emergency, and all
commur�ication shall be directed through the Superintendent of FGG.
94. Subcontractars shai{document any modification to scope or change order item by photograph and submit as
back up. Subcontractor shal!not he entit{ed to an increase in the Subcontract Sum or Subcantract Time without
FCG's written approval and agreement regarding the Subcontract Sum or Subcontract Time prior to
Subcont�actor performing any modification or change.
15. Subcontractors shall immediateiy report in writing any incident involving conflict,.property damage, injury or
unforeseen conditions to the Superintendent of FCG.
