The irrigation system should be on private property.The heads can spray out towards the right of way, but the actual
piping system should not be within the right of way, if we need to perform utility work or construct a city sidewalk,the
irrigation system would be a conflict.

homeowner Mr.Johnson had place the heads on the row so Kalvin asked him to contact your office and let you know
