So why have 300+ buyers paid up to $200;Qt}0 to live here? Yes, the location is convenient

Thus our cammunity's attractive appearance has been, and is, controiied and monitared by

Owners who were attrac#ed to the community by the Rutes, sometimes chafe at having to
