TRANSPORTATION UMPACT/UTVLUTIESIMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of

justifiable cause for the extension. If work ceases for ninety(90)consecutive days, the job is considered abandoned.
