I can bring the original with me when picking up the permit, or before if needed. 2)The monument sign has 100% been removed. 3) What is allowed for signs on the side of the building facing 6th Ave? I am now confused. I was under the impression that my preliminary drawings sent were ok.... Can we combine one front logo sign @ 20 sqft(on the corner) with "Corozal Restaurant" lettering? Several other building departments allows us to calculate square footage of signs using geometric, shapes, especially when there are upper and lower case letters. Please see the attached. If we add 20 sgft with 47.4 sgft we are under the 1 for 1 code. (83'frontage) Otherwise, PLEASE let me know what I can do so that I can change my contract with Corozal. I also need to make sure that signs are approved for the CRA grant program prior to fabrication. Corozal's decision on signs was based off of receiving the grant to help offset costs of moving. 1
