Good Day Wilman,
City Staff, including, but not limited to Planning and CRA have been working to help you improve your property and we
have been working with Main Street and the Chamber of Commerce to help find a tenant for your commercial rental.
The improvements to your property are coming along, however, I want to remind you of the items on your approved
commercial check yet to be addressed per our agreement.
1) Complete the fencing, it is not finished on the alley side, nor is it finaled with the Building Department
2) Proper, CRA-approved signage for Orwin Construction, the snipes sign taped in the window is unacceptable.
3) Landscape perimeter of property.
For your reference, I have attached the commercial check I am referencing above. It has been great to see the
improvements to you property,you just need to finish up in a timely manner. The above-referenced items need to be
finished within 30 days (or a good-faith effort for completion must be realized), or at the time of a commercial check for
the business responding to the advertised rental, whichever is earlier time wise . Please contact me with any questions
you may have.
