We hereby submit specifications and estimates for.
Providing and installing one 4 ton Rheem R-410A heat pump condenser SEER 15.
Providing and installing one 4 ton Rheem Air Handler with 7.2 k.w. auxiliary heater.
Providing and installing new Sensi wifi thermostat in same location as old.
Providing for flush copper lines with RX-11, install a filter drier.
Providing for removing of old air handler, install new air handler hung in same location, install two new safety
float switches; new auxillary drain pan and connect to existing supply and return duct work.
Providing for flushing existing drain line.
Providing for setting new outdoor unit in the same area as the old unit on new hurricane slab with tie downs.
Providing for checking existing accessible duct work for minor leaks and reseal where needed with mastic and
push more air to back bedroom.
Providing and installing the electrical connection from the existing disconnect to the new condenser and air
handler and seal line chase.
Providing for start up, check operation, clean up of installation debris and disposal of the old equipment.
Price includes all labor, permit and taxes.
Warranty: New equipment we install and worlc we perform carries a one (1) year contractors
workmanship warranty on all parts and labor. All parts in the condenser and air handler carry a ten (10)
year manufacturers part only warranty from the date of installation to original purchaser.
