When refrigerant was added compressor would not start due to internal failures. Pattie Electric recommends complete system replacement due to age and condition of equipment. System will be replaced with new 3 ton 14 seer Rheem Straight cool equipment. This equipment will come with a five year manufacture commercial warranty and 1 year of labor support from Pattie Electric.
