TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and 90-07, as amended. It is further understood that Transportation Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must be paid prior to receiving a "certificate of occupancy" or final power release. The aezvi000 are I50 amp and will be replaced with meter panel combos and uooeoaazy branch circuit breakers. Lot 39 has a small sub panel mounted on a wood post attached to the existing ' Page of service post. If possible, add the sub panel circuits to the new meter panel combo when it is installed. If the sub panel circuits can not be added to the meter panel combo, the sub panel will be remounted to a new concrete post adjacent to the service. Sufficient bracing will be installed to support and strap the conduit tq the sub panel. The sub panel is in good condition.
