TRA SPORTATION IMPACTIUTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
that ransportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings,change of
use n existing buildings,or expansion of existing buildings,as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and

Section 403.3.Where modified,the existing ducts have been sealed using reinforced mastic or code-
