W.ALAN KNIGHT The Silver Oaks PUD was approved on its third and final reading on January 11, JODI WILKESON 1988, and therefore is exempt from paying transportation impact fees as stipulated in Ordinance 100308 provided the original permitted number of dwelling units — - - remains the same.
