This letter is to inform the City of Zephyrhills Construction Services that I,Carlos M. Orama,PE,
Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer,inspected the after the fact electrical re-wire work
done at the above property address.
I inspected the electrical work done at the address mentioned above. Main panel is new 150 amps
and fed from exterior 150A exterior disconnect.Electrical workmanship was professional.All
circuits mentioned in NEC 210.12(A)were protected via AFCl/GFCI dual role breakers.
Bathrooms receptacles were also protected by GFCI receptacles.All breakers and circuits were
sized properly.Receptacle spacing was correct.All exterior receptacles were WPIGFCI.I did an
insulation resistance on each circuit and all were high readings as expected.
In conclusion,this letter is to certify that at the time of the inspection for the referenced address
mentioned above,the electrical work done complies to the minimum requirements of NEC2014
and Florida Building Code 2017, 6th edition. Insulation Resistance readings and pictures are
available upon request.If you have any questions about this inspection,please do not hesitate to
call or email.
