I know we are close to the 6 month deadline from when they were originally stamped approved. We currently have an issued permit for the first tiny house at 38277 4t Avenue(22121). This first home is targeted to be completed by next month as COVID-19 has presented delays in the original construction timeline. However, the second and third tiny houses (38281 and 3 285 4th Avenue) are also approved but have not yet been issued permits as these are to be phased for a later date. We discussed this late last year and were told to request an extension until we are ready to pull the permits and start the next phases. Please advise if there is anything further required.
