These poles are huge and hard to see around. We want to get it right prior to installation. I've attached the City's clear site triangle code below. I'm requesting this code be reviewed and a letter from a professional engineer indicating being compliant or deficient per the City code (attached). The permit will be in a hold pattern, until this issue has been resolved. Q§ 7.03.03.04 CLEAR SITE TRIANGLE. (A) In order to provide a clear view of intersecting streets to the motorist, there shall be a triangular area of clear visibility formed by two intersecting streets or the SUMMETalrelal of a driveway and a street. Nothing in excess of three and one-half feet in height including, but not limited to, fences, buildings, walls and vegetation, shall be erected, placed, parked, planted or allowed to grow in such a manner as to materially im ede vision within the clear site triangle area.
