Warranty consists of damages, defects or imperfection due to the work of Pombo's Contracting Services Inc. and materials. Warranty does not apply to repair of damages or other items caused by natural occurrences, (hurricane, tornado, flooding, falling tree limbs, etc.) or caused by client or parties not affiliated with contractor. Contractor is not responsible for any oxidation, peeling, rusting or discoloration of any aluminum framing or fasteners caused by chemicals. We guarantee to purchase new materials in good condition in order to assure the quality of our work. Fading of the paint on the aluminum is normal and will occur overtime. As a further condition, it is understood that contractor will not be held responsible for delays caused by conditions beyond our control; that any alterations or deviation from the above items or additional work requested by customer will result in additional fees over and above the cost estimate provided; that this proposal, when accepted and signed by you (the client), and signed by Pombo's Contracting Services, Inc. constitutes the entire binding contract between the parties; and if any obligation hereunder is enforced by legal action or in equity, then the losing party will pay all costs, including attorney's fees.
