Good morning. I am copying you on the minutes below concerning a minor amendment to Links property which is a
development/part of the overall Silver Oaks PUD master Plan. It is my opinion that these minor amendments
constitute a minor modification as stipulated in Section 11.02.05.02 and can be administratively approved and will
subsequently not require a new ordinance to reflect/approve these amendments. Staff did run the subject changes
through the SPRC and was approved. Staff will place a copy of these minutes in the Links file for future reference and
also copy the Building Department so they are aware for future permitting. If you have any questions please let me
know otherwise we will proceed. Thank You.

The minutes only reflect the following:
1.The applicants are requesting to remove the following conditions:
(a) Requirement that the community be 55+
(b) Requirement that home elevations be limited to one story 2.The project is part of the larger Silver Oaks PUD
Master plan,transportation impact fees will be affected and school impact fees will be applicable to the project.
3. PUD master plan adopted by ordinance.City staff stated they would check with the City Attorney as to whether an
ordinance is required for a minor text amendment or if administrative approval is applicable.
