I am copying you on the minutes below concerning a minor amendment to Links property which is a development/part of the overall Silver Oaks PUD master Plan. It is my opinion that these minor amendments constitute a minor modification as stipulated in Section 11.02.05.02 and can be administratively approved and will subsequently not require a new ordinance to reflect/approve these amendments. Staff did run the subject changes through the SPRC and was approved. Staff will place a copy of these minutes in the Links file for future reference and also copy the Building Department so they are aware for future permitting.
