Dear Charlie,
After doing a site visit to your home Pattie Electric is pleased to offer pricing
for unit replacements on your downstairs and upstairs hvac systems. ,
The First floor 2 .5 ton system will get relocated in the attic to improve
serviceability requiring new duct transitions to reconnect to existing duct from
new location. The system will also get new copper, a new drain pan, thermostat, and
a concrete pad. The
The second floor 2.5 ton system will require a new insulated floor stand, new
copper, new concrete pad, and a new electric disconnect. The system will
be transitioned into existing metal ducts for leak free operation.
Pattie Electric Heating and Cooling is a Rheem Pro Partner. Your new Rheem systems
will prove to be reliable, serviceable, aesthetically pleasing heating and cooling
solutions. In the event of breakdown the equipment will have one year of free labor
support from Pattie Electric following installation and 10 years of Rheem
Manufacture parts warranty.
