NECESSARY REPAIR DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO RETURN THE EXISTING
STRUCTURE TO A STATE AS WAS FOUND PRIOR TO THE DAMAGE. DETAILS AND
SPECIFICATIONS ARE INTENDED TO REPAIR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE A
IMPACT AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO RETURN STRUCTURE TO 'LIKE NEW' CONDITION,
