10. GYPSUM BOARD SURFACES SHALL BE ISOLATED WITH CONTROL JOINTS AS PER MANUFACTURERS REQUIREMENTS AND
INDUSTRY STANDARDS. ALL GYPSUM BOARD SURFACES ARE TO BE FINISHED SMOOTH LEVEL 3 FINISH UNLESS OTHERWISE

11. ALL OWNER FURNISHED ITEMS TO BE INCLUDED, WHETHER OWNER INSTALLED OR CONTRACTOR INSTALLED IN THE
CONSTRUCTION, AND SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE OWNER TO ACCOMMODATE THESE ITEMS.
12. PROJECT SITE TO BE VISITED PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL OF BID. SCOPE OF WORK TO BE ESTABLISHED FROM CONSTRUCTION
DOCUMENTS AND ACTUAL PROJECT SITE VISIT. ANY OMISSIONS, DISCREPANCIES OR CLARIFICATIONS ARE TO BE BROUGHT
TO THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTIONS OF THE OWNER. FAILURE TO PERFORM IN THIS MANNER DOES NOT ALLOW FOR ADDITIONAL
COST TO THE OWNER.
13. DUST PARTITIONS TO BE PROVIDED AS NECESSARY TO CLOSE OFF AREA OF WORK FROM ACTIVE AREAS OF THE BUILDING.
14. SECURITY PARTITIONS TO BE PROVIDED AS NECESSARY TO SECURE AREAS OF THE BUILDING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY.
15. ALL CONTRACTORS INVOLVED IN THIS PROJECT SHALL REVIEW ALL DRAWINGS INCLUDED IN THIS DRAWING SET AND SHALL
COORDINATE THEIR WORK WITH OTHER TRADES ON THIS PROJECT.
16. ALL AREAS DAMAGED OR MODIFIED AS THE RESULT OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES TO BE REPAIRED.
17. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE TO BE GENERATED AND ADHERED AFTER APPROVAL BY THE OWNER.
18. COORDINATE WITH MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIRED EQUIPMENT AND SIZING. THIS
WOULD INCLUDE ALL HVAC , ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING.
19. ADHERE TO REQUIREMENTS OF SPECIFICATIONS FOR BUILDING SHELL PACKAGE TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY IN MATERIALS
AND WORKMANSHIP.
20. ALL WORK SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE CURRENT EDITIONS OF ALL LOCAL, CITY, STATE AND
FEDERAL APPLICABLE CODES ADOPTED BY THE LOCAL JURISDICTION.
21. SCOPE OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE TENANT IMPROVEMENT, AND DOES NOT ADDRESS THE BUILDING
SHELL ELEMENTS, ROOF ASSEMBLY, WALL ASSEMBLY, FLOOR ASSEMBLY, ALL PENETRATIONS, INFILL AND ASSOCIATED
DETAILING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR OR OTHERS.
22. EACH TRADE SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE GENERAL NOTES INCLUDED THROUGHOUT THE
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND THE APPLICABLE BUILDING CODES.
23. NOTED DIMENSIONS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER SCALED DIMENSIONS, DO NOT SCALE DRAWINGS.
24. IN THE EVENT DISCREPANCIES OR CONFLICTS ARISE AMONG DRAWINGS AND/OR OTHER DESCRIPTIONS CONTAINED HEREIN,
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY FOR CLARIFICATION.

DOOR TRIM, CASED OPENING TRIM AND WALL MOUNTED ITEMS).
B. ELECTRONIC DEVICES, COMPUTER, TELEVISION, DVD PLAYER, SOUND COMPONENTS, ETC.
C. CABINETRY, HARDWARE, PULLS, SLIDES, ETC. COORDINATE AND ENSURE COMPLETE FREE AND CLEAR OPERATION OF
DRAWERS AND DOORS. PROVIDE A 1 1/2" SCRIBE AT THE ENDS OF ALL CABINET RUNS ABUTTING ADJACENT WALL
ASSEMBLIES TO ENSURE ADEQUATE CLEARANCES.
26. ALL COSTS TO BE ITEMIZED AND SCOPE OF WORK REGARDING ANY CHANGE ORDER. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE
PRESENTED TO THE OWNER FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO ANY WORK BEING EXECUTED.
27. ALL LIGHT FIXTURES THAT COME INTO CONTACT WITH BUILDING INSULATION MUST BE IC RATED. ALL LIGHT FIXTURES SHALL
MEET ALL APPLICABLE CODES FROM NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE (NEC) TO THE INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CODE (IEC).
CONTRACTOR IS TO VERIFY CODE COMPLIANCE OF ALL LIGHT FIXTURES.
28. ALL MECHANICAL CHASE SIZES TO BE COORDINATED WITH THE MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR.
