1. ALL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE INSTALLED AT FREEBOARD OR HIGHER. THIS IS
BASE FLOOD ELEVATION PLUS TWELVE INCHES. CONSULT OWNER OR CIVIL ENGINEER OF
RECORD,
2, ALL WORK ELECTRICAL WORK MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH N.E.0 2017, FLORIDA
BUILDING CODE 2020, 7TH EDITION, LOCAL ELECTRIC COMPANY AND AHJ, ELECTRICAL
CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT SITE AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE SCOPE OF WORK
BEFORE BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT.
3. ALL GROUNDING AND BONDING MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH NEC ARTICLE 250 AND AHJ.
4. LOAD DATA IS BASED ON INFORMATION GIVEN TO THE ENGINEER AT THE TIME OF DESIGN.
VERIFY ALL EQUIPMENT NAMEPLATE DATA BEFORE ORDERING.
5. ALL ELECTRICAL WORK FOR FABRICATED EQUIPMENT SHALL BE COMPLETELY WIRED BY
THE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER TO A JUNCTION BOX OR PULL BOX, AND ALL ELECTRICAL
WORK FROM PANEL BOARDS TO BE BY THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.
6. TYPEWRITTEN CIRCUIT INDEX SHALL BE AFFIXED INSIDE SURFACE OF PANELBOARD DOOR,
CLEARLY INDICATING AREA AND LOAD SERVED BY EACH BRANCH CIRCUIT.
7. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL ELECTRICAL MATERIALS TO COMPLETE
THIS PROJECT.
8. ENGRAVED, LAMINATED PLASTIC IDENTIFICATION PLATES SHALL BE FURNISHED AND
INSTALLED ON ALL PANELS AND SWITCHGEAR. PLATES SHALL BE AFFIXED TO FRONT OF
PANELS, INDICATING PANEL NAME, VOLTAGE AND AMPERAGE.
9. WHERE THE ENCLOSURE OR RACEWAY IS SUBJECT TO PHYSICAL DAMAGE, THE
CONDUCTORS SHALL INSTALLED IN ELECTRICAL METALLIC TUBING, RIGID METAL CONDUIT,
INTERMEDIATE METAL CONDUIT, RTRC-XW, SCHEDULE 80PVC CONDUIT, OR EQUIVALENT.
10. THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL MEET AND COORDINATE WITH THE LOCAL POWER
COMPANY AT THE SITE PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. AT THAT TIME, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
COORDINATE ALL RELATED WORK WITH THE UTILITY COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITIES TO
MEET THE OWNER'S.
11. ALL ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN AN APPROVED RACEWAY, EMT, IMC,
RIGID GALVANIZED CONDUIT OR SCHEDULE 40 P.V.C. TYPE 'NM', 'MC% ELECTRICAL
NON-METALLIC TUBING, & FLEXIBLE METAL CONDUIT MAY BE USED FOR BRANCH
CIRCUITING AS ALLOWED BY THE N.E.C. & AHJ. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF 120V CIRCUITS
ALLOWED IN A COMMON CONDUIT SHALL BE SIX (6). THE CONTRACTOR SHALL STRICTLY
CONFORM TO THE N.E.C. REQUIREMENTS OF DERATING FOR CONDUCTOR AMPACITY AND
CONDUIT FILL.
12. WORK WITH LANDSCAPE DESIGNER/GC/LANDSCAPE INSTALLERS TO ENSURE LIGHT
FIXTURE IS AT RIGHT LOCATION. SEE LANDSCAPE DESIGN PLANS.
13. ALL CONDUCTORS SHALL BE THHN/THWN TYPE. UNLESS OTHERWISE CONDUCTOR SIZE
NOTED ON THE PLANS SHALL BE 2#12 THWN COPPER AND 1#12 COPPER GROUND IN 112"C.
MC CABLE CAN BE USED ONLY IN AREAS ALLOWED BY NEC ARTICLE 330.
