3) RUBBER SLEEVE SHOULD BE A WATERTIGHT FIT ON PIPE. IF RUBBER HAS TO BE CUT TO SUIT
PIPE SIZE, USE A SHARP PAIR OF SCISSORS AND AVOID NICKS.
4) APPLY TUBE CAULKING TO THE UNDERSIDE OF BASE AND USING WATER AS A LUBRICANT, SLIDE
