THIS IS AN INTERIOR TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, LARGELY COSMETIC IN NATURE.
THE EXISTING BUILDING IS LANDLORD OWNED AND USED AS AN OFFICE/BUSINESS CLASSIFICATION.
THE NEW TENANT IS WELLS FARGO - ADVISORS GROUP.
THE EXISTING BATHROOM WILL BE RE -CONFIGURED TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM. THIS WILL REQUIRE SEVERAL
WALLS AND DOORS TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED.
AN EXISTING OFFICE WILL BE EXPANDED TO FORM A CONFERENCE ROOM. A NEW DOOR WILL BE ADDED TO THE
CONFERENCE ROOM. LEVER HARDWARE WILL BE ADDED TO CUSTOMER FACING AREAS AND TO THE NEW FRONT DOOR.
A NEW FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR WILL BE INSTALLED.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND SWITCHES ASSOCIATED WITH THE UPGRADE/TENANT IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE RE -LOCATED AS
NECESSARY.
SURFACES, MATERIALS AND/OR FINISHES ADJACENT TO AREAS BEING UPGRADED WILL BE REPAIRED AS NECESSARY.
PAINTING OF SELECTED WALLS AND/OR CEILINGS WILL BE DONE. SOME BRANDING/SIGNAGE WILL BE PLACED INSIDE TO
