MANUAL PULL STATION: 1) IDENTIFY THE INDIVIDUAL STATION ON THE SYSTEM CONTROL PANEL 2 SOUND THE LOCAL AUDIBLE ALARM AT THE FACP. 3 ILLUMINATE THE ALARM RED LED. 4 SOUND AUDIBLE ALARM AND ACTUATE THE VISUAL ALARMS (STROBES) IN THE BUILDING. B. AN AREA SMOKE DETECTOR OR HEAT DETECTOR ,OR SPRINKLER WATER — FLOW SWITCH SHALL CAUSE THE FOLLOWING: 1) IDENTIFY THE INDIVIDUAL DETECTOR ON THE SYSTEM CONTROL PANEL. 2 SOUND THE LOCAL AUDIBLE ALARM AT THE FACP. 3 ILLUMINATE THE ALARM RED LED. 4 SOUND AUDIBLE ALARM AND ACTUATE THE VISUAL ALARMS (STROBES) IN THE BUILDING. C. SMOKE DUCT DETECTORS 1) IDENTIFY THE INDIVIDUAL DETECTOR ON THE SYSTEM CONTROL PANEL 2 SOUND THE LOCAL AUDIBLE SUPERVISORY ALARM AT THE FACP. 3 ILLUMINATE THE SUPERVISORY LED. 4 SHUT DOWN ITS RESPECTIVE AIR HANDLER UNIT. D. RECEIPT OF A TROUBLE SIGNAL AT THE FACP SHALL CAUSE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS AND INDICATIONS: 1) IDENTIFY THE ORIGIN OF THE TROUBLE ON THE SYSTEM CONTROL PANEL 2) SOUND THE LOCAL AUDIBLE TROUBLE SIGNAL AT THE FACP. 3 ILLUMINATE THE TROUBLE LED. ALARMS, TROUBLES AND SUPERVISORY SIGNALS SHALL BE DISPLAYED ON THE MAIN FIRE ALARM PANEL AS WELL AS ON ALL REMOTE ANNUNCIATOR PANELS. ALARMS, TROUBLES AND SUPERVISORY SIGNALS SHALL BE TRANSMITTED TO A LISTED CENTRAL STATION. CENTRAL STATI❑N TRANSMISSI❑N ❑F SIGNALS — ALL SIGNALS (ALARM/ TROUBLE/SUPERVISORY) WILL BE TRANSMITTED TO THE CENTRAL STATION. — THE MEANS OF TRANSMISSION WILL BE (2) DEDICATED PHONE LINES. — ALL SIGNALS WILL BE TRANSMITTED AS FOLLOWS: A POINT ADDRESSABLE SIGNAL WILL BE TRANSMITTED TO THE CENTRAL STATION, SYSTEMS POINTS WILL BE IDENTIFY AT THE CENTRAL STATION AS FOLLOW - DEVICE TYPE ( PULL STATION, SMOKE, ETC) + DEVICE LOCATION (FLOOR + GENERAL DESCRIPTION) + INDIVIDUAL BUILDING PHYSICAL ADDRESS OR BUILDING NUMBER. — THE FIRE ALARM DIALER IS AN OPTIONAL BOARD THAT MOUNTS INSIDE THE FIRE ALARM CABINET ON TOP OF THE FIRE ALARM MAIN BOARD. CODES & PLAN NOTES — INSTALLATION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FFPC 7TH Edition, NFPA 72 2016 Edition, NFPA 70 2017 Edition, FBC 7th Edition 2020 AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE CODES. — ALL NEW SYSTEMS SHALL INCLUDE A DOCUMENT CABINET. — ALL DRAWINGS ARE SCALED TO 1/8 = 1Ft UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. — CONFIRM LOCATION OF POWER SUPPLY PRIOR TO ROUGH IN. — REFER TO FLOOR PLANS FOR LOCATION OF DUCT DETECTORS (SUPPLY OR RETURN SIDE), COORDINATE WITH MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR THE ACTUAL LOCATIONS OF THE AHUs. — ALL STROBES WILL BE SET @ 75cd UNLESS NOTED. — CEILING HEIGHT IS 10ft UNLESS NOTED. — FIRE ALARM SYSTEM PROVIDED IS FULLY ADDRESSABLE. — COORDINATE WITH MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR LOCATION OF DUCT SMOKE DETECTORS — ELECTRICAL LOAD, PANEL, BREAKER LOCKOUT IS ON SEPARATE PERMIT PERMIT BY THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.
