ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE SURVEY SHALL BE REFERENCED TO A PROJECT BENCHMARK. THE ARCHITECT SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH ANY SERVICE IN ADDITION TO THE PRODUCTION OF THE INSTRUMENTS OF SERVICE OR BE REQUIRED TO RETAIN ITS OWN CONSULTANTS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AGREED TO HEREIN. THE OWNER SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE ARCHITECT, THE ARCHITECT'S CONSULTANTS, AND AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES OF ANY OF THEM FROM AND AGAINST CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS FEES, WHICH ARISE AS A RESULT OF DOCUMENTATION INFORMATION FURNISHED BY THE OWNER. THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE DEEMED THE AUTHORS AND OWNERS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE INSTRUMENTS OF SERVICE AND SHALL RETAIN ALL COMMON LAW, STATUTORY AND OTHER RESERVED RIGHTS, INCLUDING COPYRIGHTS.
