4. ALL VERTICAL REINFORCING BARS IN CMU CELLS SHALL BE ANCHORED IN THE FOOTING, THICKENED SLAB, BEAM OR LINTEL
SUPPORTING THE WALL AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM WITH MINIMUM 10 INCH HOOKS OR BENDS AND SHALL BE CONTINUOUS
