The AHU shall be incapable of restart until the alarm has been cleared at the fire alarm panel. ALL INTERLOCKING SHALL BE THRU SOFTWARE CONTROL AND NOT HARD WIRING. EF Sequence of operations: Run Conditions - Interlocked: The EF shall be interlocked to the O.A. damper of the AHU to run when the damper is opened and to shutdown when the damper is closed. Fan Status: The controller shall monitor the fan status. Alarms shall be provided as follows: Fan Failure: Commanded on. but the status is off. Fan in Hand: Commanded off, but the status is on. EXHAUST FAN OCCUPIED PERIOD 30 minutes (adjustable) before the schedule start time of the occupied period of 7:00am to 6:00pm (adjustable) the system shall be indexed to operate. The supply air fan shall be energized. Upon proof of fan operation from acurrent sensor. The outside air damper shall be indexed to the full open position. Upon proof of damper position indicated by an end switch the exhaust fans shall be energized to operate. The compressors shall be modulated/staged to maintain the cooling coil leaving air temperature of 53 degrees F (adjustable). At least one compressor shall operate continuously during this period and its output be modulated to maintain the cooling coilleaving air temperature setpoint. The outside air damper shall be interlocked to the supply air fan to open when the fan is operational and close when the fan stops operating for any reason. The exhaust fans shall be interlocked to the O/A damper to operate when the dmaper is opened and to shutdown when the damper is closed for any reason. UNOCCUPIED PERIOD At the beginning of the unocuppied period of 6:00pm to 7:00am (adjustable) the O/A damper shall be closed and shall remain closed. The exhaust fan shall shut down and remain denergized. The suplly air fan and compressors shall maintain the unoccupied temperature and humidity setpoints of 80 degree F and 65% RH (adjustable). B. A SEPARATE INSULATED GREEN GROUNDING CONDUCTOR SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH SINGLE AND 3-PHASE FEEDER AND BRANCH CIRCUIT. GROUNDING CONDUCTOR SHALL BE RUN WITH THE RELATED PHASE AND NEUTRAL CONDUCTORS.
