R16E + ..'� + R8E � R19E + R20E R21E + R22E t T 23 S T 24 S T2tiS T 26 S Q CO UTNTY COMIVIISSION MUNICIPAL FIRE SERVICE UNIT Ordinance No. 79-28 An act creating a municipal service taxing unit to be known as the "Pasco County Municipal Fire Service Unit"; providing that the purpose of the unit is to provide fire protection services to all persons residing in or doing business within said unit; providing for the creation, maintenance and o eration of a fire protection system within said unit; providing for inclusion of existing municipal fire service units within the Pasco County Municipal Fire Service Unit including the Southwest Pasco County Fire Tax Unit, Hudson Fire Unit, South Central Pasco County Fire Service Unit, Crystal Springs Municipal Fire Service Unit and Greater Odessa Vire Service Unit,- providing that certain other f eographical areas will be included in the Pasco County Municipal ire Service Unit; providing for the boundaries of said unit; providing for the levy of up to one (1) mill of ad valorem tax to cover the expense of creation, maintenance and operation of the said unit; providing a method or levyy, collection and enforcement of the aforesaid tax; providing for the administration of said unit; providing for adoption of rules and regulations for the operation of said unit; providing that the said unit shall be under the control of the Board of County Commissioner of Pasco County, Florida; providing for the repeal of Pasco County Ordi- nances numbered 76-22, 77-19, 75-24, 78-16 and 75-25, as amended, if any; providing an effective date.
