It has been discovered that the location for a proposed second means of egress has an exterior grade 4" above the proposed finished floor. The proposed second means of egress will now be located 13' to the west of its original proposed location, and an internal ramp and landing will meet the exterior grade. Additional details were produced to depict this internal ramp and landing. Due to fixturing around this new condition, a relocation of the restrooms, as well as lights, plumbing and ductwork, was required. Additionally, the mechanical drawings were revised to meet current client labeling standards. Any revisions made to the drawings in response to these comments have been clouded on the drawings and are marked with Delta #1, labeled Bulletin #01, and dated 8123/17.
