Paint materials shall be first line quality as manufactured

The painting contractor shall furnish all labor, materials,
tools, scaffolds and other equipment necessary to complete
this work properly.

All surfaces that are left unfinished by the requirements of
other trades shall be painted or finished as part of this contract.

All work shall be done by skilled mechanics in a workmanlike
