free from defects on workmanship of installation
for life to the original owner. Manufacturers
guarantee products for lifetime to original owners.
Warranties do not extend coverage for damaged
caused by use other than which the product was
designed for: Negligence, Alteration, Misuse,
Accident, use, Vandalism or Acts Of God.
ACM FENCE shall advise the customer as to local
zoning regulations but the responsibility for
complying with said regulations shall rest w1th the
customer. ACbZ FENCE will obtain any required
permits, ACME FENCE under no circumstance assumes
any responsibility concerning property lines or in
any way guarantee theIr accuracy, If property pine
cannot be located it is recommended that the
customer have the property surveyed.
ACME FENCE will assume the responstbility for
having underground public utilities located and
marked. ACME FENCE assumes no responsibility for
unmarked sprinkler lines, or any other unmarked
buried lines or objects. The customer will assume
all liability for any damage caused by directing
ACM FENCE to dig in the immediate vicinity of
known utilities.
ACME PENCE requires a 25% deposit with signed
contract. The final billing will be based on the
Contract Amount: $ 5697.00
Down Payment: 1165.00
Balance Upon Completion: $ 4532.00
actual footage of fencing built and the work
perfoxmed. Adjustments for material used on this
job and adjustments for labor will be charged or
credited at the currently established rates.
Additional charges for any extra work not covered
in this contract that was requested by the customer
will also be added. ACME PENCE RESERVES THE RXGHT
TO ADJUST PRICING ON XXTERIAL DUE TO INDUSTRY
CAPACITY OR PRODUCT SHORTAGZS. The balance of this
contract along with any additional charges will
become payable upon completion of work,
A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to the
balance if not paid within 2 days after completion
of work, and every 2 days after until paid in full.
All materials will remain the property of ACME
FWCE until balance is paid in full. The customer
agrees to pay all interest and any costs incurred
in the collection of this debt.
Credit Card Convenience fee 3% on Mastercard,

final power release, the fees must be paid prior to permit issuance. Furthermore, if Pasco County Water/Sewer Impact
fees are due,they must.be,.paid mprior to permit issuance in accordance,with applicable Pasco County ordinances.
