Proposal and Contract
Replacing (2) 14 seer 5 ton Trane Heat Pumps
We will legally remove the old systems and install (2) new XR14 (14 seer) 5 ton Trane Heat
Pump systems with Variable Speed Air Handlers located in the Mechanical Closet,
'\,,,Ve will install new I" drain lines, SS2 safety drain line float switches, flush lines with R 11 Flush,
Silver tape and mastic new Variable Speed Air Handlers duct connection.
'We will seal new plywood to existing base and caulk bottom of Air Handlers,
kv%le will install new Hurricane straps with R5 UV rated on replaced copper insulation from
condensers to wall. We will hook up to existing thermostats, electrical, copper lines, drain lines
and duct work. Price includes heat strip and Permit.
