TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply tothe construction of new bui|dinDo, change of
use in existing bui|dingo, or expansion of existing bui|dings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number8Q-U7 and
