site (in addition tothe approved herein). Rather than anaccessory dwelling unit, vvereviewed asanas-of-hght
mobile home, and placing another unit Would baconsidered two dwelling units.

I coordinated with Todd regarding the above -mentioned property, Accessory dwelling units (in this case a tiny
home) is not a permissible use in the M-2 zoning district.
Therefore we can't approve the permit on the planning side.
We will keep you up to date on our code revisions in the event the accessory dwelling units are permissible in the
m-2 zoning district.
