They agreed to wrapping post with Hardi, had other options but Kyle Ryman asked to for agreement on Hardi, and to install fence material (wood or aluminum) around structure which is as much liability as it is aesthetics, placing barrier around outdoor seating area is pretty standard requirement. None of these things have been installed and they are using the patio... So is the permit still open and how do we get the owner and contractor to comply. Appreciate the help!
