Fees must be paid prior to receiving a "certificate of occupancy"or final power release, If the project does not involve a certificate of occupancy or final

CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW (Chapter 713, Florida Statutes, as amended): If valuation of work is $2,500.00 or more, I certify that 1, the applicant,
have been provided with a copy of the "Florida Construction Lien Law —Homeowner's Protection Guide" prepared by the Florida Department of
Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. If the applicant is someone other than the "owner", I certify that I have obtained a copy of the above described
document and promise in good faith to deliver it to the "owner" prior to commencement,
other installations not specifically included in the application. A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from
thereafter requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction or violations of any codes. Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work
authorized by such permit is commenced within six months of permit issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a
period of six (6) months after the time the work is commenced. An extension may be requested, in writing, from the Building Official for a period not to

the seller of goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof, Recovery hereunder by the

2� Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read this agreement in full, that it is the complete agreement betweenthobuyer
and Sky Solar Energy, Inc ("Sky Solar") and that no oral promise(s) or representation (s) of any kind will be recognized
by or asserted against Sky Solar.
3, Federal tax incentives for installing solar products may reduce purchaser's income tax obligation. Based nnthe
purchaser's individual tax situation, the tax credit may take more than one year toreceive |nfull. The Buyer's
acknowledge that Sky Solar does NOT give tax advice and Buyers should consult their own accountant or tax expert
regarding their Eligibility and the applicability oftax crmditsTheBuyer's have not relied onany representations made
by Sky Solar regarding tax treatment, tax credits or tax advice of any kind in entering into this Contract.
4, Buyer agrees, understands and acknowledges that any work to be performed in furtherance of the installation of the

licensed and insured subcontractor u/bechoecnby Sky Solar.

the Buyer to inquire about, apply for and process any documents necessary or related to any incentive program,
rebate or tax credit(s).
6. Buyer authorizes Sky Solar tomake inquiries regarding Buyer's credit information, including, but not limited to,
procuring consumer reports from consumer reporting agencies.
7. Buyer acknowledges that Sky Solar may have to substitute solar module brand and/or wattage as a result of AHJ wind
or code requirements, availability, or engineering requirements. Buyer acknowledges that the use of comparable
products does not constitute obreak ofSky So|artubUgation(s)under this contract.
W. Sky Solar is an independent sales and installation company and has not suggested or implied that it is affiliated with
any government entity or electrical utility company; and Buyer acknowledges that no such claim has been made or
implied.
9. Any returned checks will becharged a fee cf$3U.0\|nthe event that any 5um(s)due under this contract are turned
over to an attorney's office or collection agency by Sky Solar, , the Buyer shall pay two times the collection fee
incurred and any and all legal or other fee(s) incurred by Sky Solar. Any credit card chargeback found to be
unwarranted, denied, orreversed in -favor of Sky Solar will bcsubject toazO%administrative fee ofthe total
transaction amount.
10. Despite any conversations, representations or conversations between Sky Solar and the Buyer, Sky Solar does not
guarantee any future utility savings nrincreases tnthe Buyer as aresult ofthe purchase and installation ufsolar
system and components referenced in this contract. Sky Solar does not assert any particular amount of energy cost
savings will depend upon the Buyer's actual energy usage.
11. Any attachments to this Contract regarding product specification, sizes or construction details and specifications are
for illustration and general information purposes only, and are not to be strictly interpreted as integrated into, or a
part ofthis Contract.
12. Buyer agrees that the Sky Solar is not responsible for any utility company connections/tie-ins and the Sky Solar cannot
control the expediency of the utility company to perform any required work prior to, or after Sky Solar has installed
products under this agreement,

13. To ensure proper performance, all products must be installed pursuant to applicable code, manufacturer instructions
and within the limitations of the building structure. Under NO circumstances will product engineering, site
specifications, warranty requirements, building department requirements, installation requirements, manufacturer
tests and recommendations of application/installation be altered. Buyer agrees they do not have authority to alter,
change or release liability from the aforementioned requirements for any reason. Should any third party other than
Sky Solar alter, change, relocate or damage products provided and installed by Sky Solar or portions of any products
installed by Sky Solar, all warranties shall be null -and -void and Buyer bears responsibility and liability and releases Sky
Solar along with any of its affiliates from all liability.
14. It is mutually understood, and Buyer agrees that installation of the system and products identified in this contract is
considered complete upon completion of product installation by Sky Solar. Any inspections, utility tie-in or
interconnects, net metering, system activation, or any other service related, utility, building department or
manufacturer related delays are out of Sky Solar's control and do not render the job as incomplete and Sky Solar
will be held harmless and not responsible for delays in any of these processes as they are out of Sky Solar's
control.
15. All loans start out with a low initial monthly principal & interest payment for the first 18 months. (this is a
reduced principle and interest payment that assumes 26% will be paid down on the loan by month 18)
16. All loans re -amortize, 1 time, at the end of month 18. There is no charge for this. It is free.
17. If the Buyer chooses to pay down the loan amount by 26% in the first 18 months, their payments will stay
approximately the same as the low initial payment for the life of the loan.
18. If the Buyer chooses not to pay down the loan or pays down the loan by less than 26% in the first 18 months,
their payments will increase in month 19 and then stay the same through the life of the loan.
19. If the Buyer chooses to pay down more than 26% in the first 18 months, their payments will decrease in month
19 and then stay the same through the life of the loan,
20. There is no prepayment penalty on our solar loan,
21. Not everyone is eligible for tax credits, incentives, or rebates or can fully use them, Please consult your tax

Sky Solar Energy, Inc warrants its work to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for the period of twenty five (25)
years from the date of installation unless otherwise stated on the face of. All warranties are void if payment is not made when
due. Warranty extends to the original Buyer and is transferable within 60 days of sale of home with written notice. If a defect in
materials or workmanship covered by this warranty occurs, Sky Solar will, with reasonable promptness during normal business
hours, remedy the defect. In no event shall Sky Solar be held liable for water or any other damage caused by any delay in
remedying a defect. To obtain warranty performance, the buyer is to notify Sky Solar of any defect or claim for breach at the
telephone number or address on the face hereof. EXCLUSIONS and LIMITATIONS: Customer's right to repair and replacement are
customer exclusive remedies. Sky Solar shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

y. Seller warrants the part of Buyer's roof where penetrated for solar installation pursuant
If the Buyer needs the solar panels removed and replaced for a re -roof, the Buyer can have this done at
no cost if the Buyer has this done within the first five (5) years after the date of installation, If the Buyer
chooses to do this after the first five (5) years the buyer will pay the fair and reasonable price of that
time to the Sky Solarfor performing the duties. Allowing roofing companies or any person/ party other
than Sky Solar to remove and reinstall the solar equipment will void ALL warranties provided under
this Contract.
GenenacGenerators come with a 4year manufacturer warranty. While Sky Solar will
install the product for the Buyer, the manufacturer will carry any and all warranties and servicing needed
on the product. All warranty claims and requests for service or repair will have to be made direct|yw{th/
through the manufacturer.
Sky Solar agrees toasite inspection ofthe solar system Gmonths
after PTO to ensure the system is working properly. Sky Solar will then provide one (1) system diagnostic
check annually for a flat rate of $99. Sky Solar is not responsible for the following which are excluded
from the coverage ofthis limited warranty:
1. Defective roofing and/ orroof |eak/s.
2. Work performed by, or materials installed by or altered by anyone other than the seller.
3. Defects and failures from mistreatment orneglect orotherwise not caused by defects in SkySo|ar's
material orworkmanship,
4. Lightning strike or any other natural disaster or acts of God, war, riots, looting, or any other natural or
man-made occurrence outside ofnormal operating conditions.

with respect to its subject matter and additional writings, paper, customer testimonials, finance

to pay any and all interconnection fees that may come from the power company.

Rebates: Tax rebates or credits from the federal government for installing solar products may directly
reduce Buyer's income tax obligation. Based on the Buyer's individual tax situation, the tax credit may
take more than one year to receive in -full. Sky Solar does not, give tax advice. Tax credit is the sole
responsibility of the Buyer to inquire about, apply for and receive.
Sky Solar does not assert orguarantee any utility cost increase inthe future asresult ofthe
installation of the products referenced in this Contract, Sky Solar does not assert orguarantee afuture
savings tothe Buyer's future electric bill asactual savings depend onthe Buyer's own energy
consumption and usage habits, Any changes in the Buyer's usage habits will directly affect energy
consumption.
U§ e. Sky Solar has no control over any individual household energy usage, consumption or abuse and
therefore cannot guarantee any exact monetary savings, Sky Solar cannot be held liable for less than
anticipated savings due to varying usage levels, additional family members, new appliances or
equipment after the installation has been completed. Buyer acknowledges that itmay take uptoone
year ormore Luprocess and receive their first Solar Renewable Energy Certificate /SRE[)credit (when
applicable) and the SKy Solar shall not be held liable for any delay of any length in receiving such credits
AgggLs. Buyer hereby grants access to the property as necessary for the means of installing any
equipment as listed inthe contract.
Cancel period, Buyer will be responsible for any and all feels) incurred by Sky Solar, including, but not
limited to: processing fees, engineering costs, permitting fees and costs, procurement cost, return/
restocking fees, site assessment fees, and any other fees or cost incurred by Sky Solar at time of

collectors or other energy devices based on renewable resources from being installed on buildings
