Solar Source and its employees are not responsible for determining your eligibility for, urthe availability of, any
rebates, credits or incentives that may be available from any other entity.
Iunderstand and agree that Solar Source retains the right to use and publish photographs and video taken during the
work process at my property.
This contract is valid upon acceptance by an officer nfConstructive Resource, Inc. dba/5mlar Source, hereinafter referred to as Solar
Warranties: All work performed by Solar Source will meet or exceed current Building and National Electric Code requirements, and
manufacturer requirements. Customer understands and agrees that Solar Source is not responsible for any existing code violations on the
property. Warranties do not cover damage that occurs or results from alterations or repairs by others, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or
acts of nature. In the event the property is sold, the remaining warranty may be transferred to the new owner, provided a system
inspection is performed within 60 days of transfer. The terms of this agreement are as follows:
Installation Warranty: Any product not covered by the manufacturer's warranty will be covered for two years from the original date of
instaUoUon. Repair urexchange of parts will be made free of charge during this two year period. After two years any defective part will be
exchanged pursuant to any manufacturer's warranty, and labor will be atowner's expense.
Roof and Attachment Guarantee: All roof penetrations are warranted to be free from water intrusion for 10 years or the remaining
standard roof workmanship warranty from the licensed roofing contractor who installed it - Whichever is greater. Customer understands
that it is their responsibility to keep the roof clean and free of debris, and to promptly report any damage to Solar Source in writing.
Substitutions: In the event that a specified product iaout nfstock, discontinued or otherwise unavailable within a reasonable timeline
and cost, Solar Source reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product so long as it is of equal or greater performance and warranty
standard,
Cancellations: Cancellations not received within 3 business days will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be sent via
certified mail and sent to; Solar Source ato25 Sunshine Lane, Suite #1010, Altamonte Springs, FL]Z714.
Default / Remedies: If, prior to engineering and permitting, the Owner fails to perform, Contractor may retain the Deposit as liquidated
damages and in full settlement of all claims, in which event all parties shall be released from the terms and conditions of this Agreement,
If, after receipt ofpermit, the Owner: (i) fails to perform any obligations imposed by this Agreement so as to give rise to a default; or, (ii)
gives notice to Contractor to cease construction activities aLany time following the actual commencement of construction, then and in such
event owner agrees to pay to Contractor all sums due for the work performed and materials delivered to the job site through the date of
cessation of construction, including payment of any change orders, and, in addition thereto an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the
total Contract Price as liquidated damages.
Legal Venue: Inany dispute arising out of this contract including breach, enforcement minterpretation, It is hereby stipulated and
agreed by the parties hereto that jurisdiction shall be in the State of Florida and venue shall be in the Florida County where the contract
was signed, unless an action is filed to enforce e lien filed pursuant tothe provisions nfChapter 713, Florida Statutes, in which the venue
shall be in the county in which the land is located. If the contract was not signed in the State of Florida the venue shall be in the county in
