I spoke to Stephanie from West Coast Permitting today and she confirmed the permit was indeed for a new sign being constructed and installed by SignCraft. Again, the permit application attached, is for a new sign that is too large for the district and will need to be reduced in length and height. The maximum height is 24®" and maximum length is 20% Once you have reduced the sign size on the attached sign plans, please resubmit to the Building Department. We had talked about 2 weeks ago regarding this matter over the phone. I was finally able to get the documents submitted for permitting on 03/21/2023 from the sign company. Sorry for the delay. The sign is a wall sign that needs to be moved to about 15 feet on the left side with no changes on the same building and the same wall. Kindly assist me in this regard.
