TRANSPORTATION IMPACTILITILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of use in existing buildings, or
expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and 90-07, as amended. The undersigned also understands, that
such fees, as may be due, will be identified at the time of permitting. It is further understood that Transportation Impact Fees and Resource Recovery
Foos must be paid prior to receiving a "certificate of occupancy" or final power release. If the project does not involve a certificate of occupancy or final
power release, the fees must be paid prior to permit Issuance. Furthermore, if Pasco County Water/Sewer Impact fees are due, they must be paid prior
to permit issuance in accordance with applicable Pasco County ordinances.

licensed by the State of Florida,
If the fill material is to be used in Flood Zone "A" in connection with a permitted building using stem wall
construction, I certify that fill will be used only to fill the area within the stem wall.
If fill material is to be used in any area, I certify that use of such fill will not adversely affect adjacent
properties. If use of fill is found to adversely affect adjacent properties, the owner may be cited for violating
the conditions of the building permit issued under the attached permit application, for lots less than one (1)
acre which are elevated by fill, an engineered drainage plan is required.
If I am the AGENT FOR THE OWNER, I promise In good faith to Inform the owner of the permitting conditions set forth in this affidavit prior to
commencing construction. I understand that a separate permit may be required for electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools, air conditioning, gas, or
other installations not specifically included in the application. A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from
thereafter requiring a correction of errors In plans, construction or violations of any codes. Every permit Issued shall become invalid unless the work
authorized by such permit is commenced within six months of permit issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a
period of six (6) months after the time the work is commenced. An extension may be requested, In writing, from the Building Official for a period not to
exceed ninety (90) days and will demonstrate justifiable cause for the extension. It work ceases for ninety (90) consecutive days, the job Is considered
abandoned.

SALES AGREEMENT
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All payments must be made according to the scheduled agreement. Once system is Installed, Client agrees to execute all completion calls and documents or will be
required to pay remaining balance in full immediately
2. The loan terms, Including monthly payments, fees, length of loan, and interest rate provided by Contractor are estimates only. These loan terms are controlled by
third party lending institutions and it is the responsibility of the client to discuss all terms with the lenders before agreeing to these and the lender's terms and
conditions. Some programs have varying payment amounts and terms.
3. Installations must be completed in accordance with all laws, codes and other requirements applicable under federal, state and local authority.
4. Contractor will require the necessary client information to proceed with applications. Client is responsible for any HOA approvals that may be required,
S. Solar Specialist Inc. and its staff will require access to Client property to proceed with initial project assessment, construction, inspection and required
necessary forms filled and full client cooperation to complete its part of the contract.
6. We recommend the client to seek the appropriate consultation concerning any tax liabilities that may be associated with the receipt of any rebates or application
of any tax credits prior to signing this agreement. Contractor and its officers and employees are not tax professionals, and make no claim to be so.
7. Contractor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, shareholder(s), employees, contractors and agents are not responsible for any tax liabilities or lack of tax
credit(s) that a client may incur or be ineligible for, assume no responsibility for the performance of the equipment or equipment warranties, and do not endorse,
guarantee or warrant any particular brand, manufacturer or third -party services.
R. Contractor warranties the solar installation workmanship for a period of 10 years including the roof penetrations. The client hereby agrees to indemnify, defend
and hold harmless, Solar Specialist Inc., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and agents from any and all liability associated with this
program/project except for the workmanship warranty provided. Please refer to product manufacturer(s) online warranty information for details. Manufacturer(s)
are responsible for all solar components! warranties; Contractor is responsible for workmanship of the installation warranty unless stipulated otherwise.
energy production within this contract or other software are estimates for Client's reference, and also presume no shading of the panels throughout the year. The
estimates provided by Contractor, its employees or representatives, and any software used by Contractor are not meant as any guarantee of energy production or
monetary savings, Client understands they will continue to receive a utility bill from their current Utility Company as well as a Solar finance bill. Client is responsible
for researching and understanding their Utility Company's net metering rates and policies, and has done so prior to signing this contract,
10. Contractor may subcontract some or all of work to be performed.
IL Federal, State, Local, Utility program guidelines and rebate levels are subject to change without notice, and may be terminated by executive, legislative or
regulatory action at any time. Utility rates are also subject to change. Solar Specialist Inc. is not held accountable for loss of rebate, income, savings or delays resulting
from such situation. Utility companies have requirements for solar installations, sometimes dependent on the size (kW) of the solar installations, It is the customer's
responsibility to ensure they have any and all necessary insurance, access, and all other requirements by their Utility company or any and all other organizations.
12. Prior to installation, Contractor reserves the right to conduct a site visit/audit to verify that all satellite calculations were exact. Materials offered are subject to
change without notice, and may be substituted at any time at Solar Specialist Inc.'s discretion. Nameplate rating of modules may vary but overall system size will be
within 5% of overall DC sizing listed in Scope of Work.
13. Contractor does not, will not, and cannot hold responsibility in relation to any form of damage caused by weather related incidents on or around the solar array.
14, Any timeline proposed in this offer cannot be guaranteed by Solar Specialist Inc. and Solar Specialist Inc. cannot be held accountable for any delays resulting from
situations not under the control of Solar Specialist Inc. (rain, snow, permit/HOA application approval delays, material supply delays, etc.)
15. Client has determined whether they would like to have a roof replacement or not prior to the solar installation, Removing of solar panels and components for a
roof repair or replacement after original installation is an additional cost, unless specifically stated in this contract in the "SCOPE OF WORK' section,
contract after (3) days, a single payment of 10% of contract price must be received along with signed cancellation notice, Contractor may cancel contract any time
prior to installation with no penalty.
17. Any disputes which may arise under this Agreement and which cannot be resolved by the Parties through good faith negotiation will be, in order to ensure rapid
and economical resolution, submitted to final and binding arbitration, provided, however, that any dispute where the amount in controversy is less than $150,000
will be resolved before a single arbitrator, and the Parties remain free to agree in connection with any particular dispute that they may arrange for an agreement
outside of arbitration. Any arbitration award will be treated as Confidential Information. In the event that any Party initiates proceedings to compel arbitration or to
enforce this Agreement or enjoin its breach, the prevailing Party or Parties will NOT be awarded its or their reasonable attorney fees and costs at arbitration, trial and
on any appeal as set by the trier of fact, including any bankruptcy proceedings.
