RESOLUTION
NO. 383
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
VACATING PORTIONS OF MGHT-OF-WAYS
KNOWN AS 16TH, 14TH, AND 13TH AVENUE,
LOCATED IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH
AND RANGE 21 EAST, m THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS
PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City ofZephyrhills is a duly organized municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, there is located within the municipal boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills,
Florida, public right-of-ways known as 16th, 14th and 13th Avenue, and
WHEREAS, there is located within the municipal boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills,
Florida, a portion of public right-of-ways, more particularly described as:
That portion of 16th Avenue described as follows:
Parcel (1):
Commence at the East boundary of 301 mnning
East to the West boundary of 7th Street West a,/k/a
State Road 41, and
That portion of 16th Avenue described as follows:
Parcel (2):
Commencing at the East boundary of 7th Street East,
thence Easterly to the West boundary of 8th Street;
less and except that 20 foot strip miming North and
South connecting alleyways between Blocks 3 and 8, and
That portion of 14th Avenue described as follows:
Parcel (3):
Commencing at the East boundary of 7th Street East,
thence Easterly to the West boundary of 8th Street, and
less and except that 20 foot strip mmiing North and
South connecting alleyways between Blocks 13 and 26, and
That portion of 13th Avenue described as follows:
Parcel (4):
Commencing at the East boundary of 7th Street East,
thence Easterly co the West boundary of 8th Street, and
less and except that 20 foot strip running North and
South connecting alleyways between Blocks 26 and 33.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City ofZephyrhills, has determined that it is m the best
mterest of the citizens of the City, that the above-described, public right-of-ways known as 16th, 14th
and 13th Avenue be vacated.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofZephyrhills,
Florida, that:
The following described right-of-ways are hereby vacated:
That portion of 16th Avenue described as follows:
Parcel (1):
Commence at the East boundary of 301 running
East to the West boundary of 7th Street West a/k/a
State Road 41, and
That portion of 16th Avenue described as follows:
Parcel (2):
Commencing at the East boundary of 7th Street East,
thence Easterly to the West boundary of 8th Street;
less and except that 20 foot strip running North and
South connecting alleyways between Blocks 3 and 8, and
That portion of 14th Avenue described as follows:
Parcel (3):
Commencing at the East boundary of 7th Street East,
thence Easterly to the West boundary of 8th Street, and
less and except that 20 foot strip ninning North and
South connecting alleyways between Blocks 13 and 26, and
That portion of 13th Avenue described as foUows:
Parcel (4):
Commencing at the East boundary of 7th Street East,
thence Easterly to the West boundary of 8th Street, and
less and except that 20 foot strip mnning North and
South connecting alleyways between Blocks 26 and 33
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is the intention of the City
Council of the City ofZephyrhills that the City retain Utility Easements over and across the property
herein vacated and that this Resolution shall not take effect until such time as the abutting property
owners execute and deliver to the City, in recordable form, a Utility Easement over and across the
property herein vacated in Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4.
