The Building Official shall act upon an a . af or a permit with
plans as filed, or as amended, without unreasona e or u necessary delay.
A permit issued shall be construed to be a Iicens to pro d with the work
and shall not be construed as authority to violate, ancel, alter, or set aside
any of the provisions of this code, nor shall such issuance of a permit prevent
the Building Official from thereafter requiring a correction of errors in plans
or in construction, or of violations of this code. Every permit issued shall
become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced
within six (6) months after its issuance, or if the work authorized by such
permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six (6) months after the
time the work is commenced: provided, that, for cause, one or more
extensions of time, for periods not exceeding ninety (90) days each, may be
allowed, and such extensions shall be in writing by the Building Official.

1. The contract herein written is the ~lete understanding between the parties, and no oral modnications or amendmenls shall be made, except in wrrting and signed by both parties.
2. This contract covers al1 materials and/or labor specifoed abolie but does not include costs resulting from causes not reasonably koown to Permaguard prior to execution of this contract
including but not limited to costs incurred bringing existing structures into compliance with building codes, costs incurred by compliance with revision in building codes, abnormal site or
grading reQUiremerrts. existence or location of wires, pipes, sewers or utilities. Any such costs to be paid by PURCHASER.
3. In t!IIenl that PURCHASER and Permaguard mutually agree to changes in lhe wort< abolie described, any resutting revision in price. or description at work. shall be written and Signed
by both parties, and shall be a part of this contract as though originally wrrtten herein.
4. LiQuidated l>ama!Ies As actual damages for breach of the contract prior to commencement of work are difficult to ascertain and are uncertain, the parties agree as follows.
(a) Prior to commencement at work or furnishing of materials, Ten Percent (10%) of the cash price stated in the contract (or the maximum amount allowed by Florida law) will be considered
as liquidated damages, and not as penalty or forferture.
(b) Once labor, services and/or materials are furnished. Permaguard Induslries. Inc. will be entitled to actual damages upon Purchaser's breach of the contract. (Actual damages are defined
as the actual cost of irnprowments to the date of the breach of contract, pius 10%).
5. Attorney's Fees. In the "",,"I it becomes necessary tor Permaguard to enforce any part at this contract and should Permaguard prevail, Purchaser agrees to pay Permaguard's reasonable
attorney's fees and all costs of this action.
6. This contract shall be for the benefrt at and be binding upon the respective heirs, administrators. successors and assigns of the parties.
7. This contract is not binding on Permaguard unless accepted on beIlatt at Permaguard, by an officer at Pennaguard.
8. DO NOT SIGN UNTIL YOU HAVE READ ALL OF THIS AGREEMENT. The undersigned PURCHASER(S) ackoowledge receipt of a true copy of this instrument with all blanks suitably
