The recited dates are approx.imations and may be sUbject to changes due to labor and/or material shortagesJ acts of God and other events not foreseen by Contractor. 4. All changes or additions to the contract requested by the Buyer shall be authorized in writing or by a signed work order executed by the Buyer and signed by an officer of the Company. Buyer then authorizes the Contractor to make such changes, modifications, alterations, or additions and agrees to pay for such items upon billing. 5. Interest at the rate of eighteen per cent (18X) per annum will be charged on all balances not paid as per the items specified above. Reasonable attorney's fees will be charged to the Buyer if it is necessary to place the contract in the hands of an attorney for collection, and this charge becomes a part of the contract and an obligation of the Buyer to pay. . ; 6.
