We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:
1: Roof replacement only: Replace with 2 ply - 15 Ib felt,
Dry-end, 3 ply fiberglass, hot mop and coated with emulsion
and alum coating.
TOTAL PRICE: $900.00
We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials - complete in
accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of:
NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND 00/100.
Payment to be made as follows:
A monthly 1.5 % will be charged to any unpaid balance after
terms, then every 30 days there after.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be
completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard
practices. Any alteration or deviation from above
specifications involving extra cost, will be executed
upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and
above the estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes,
accidents or delays beyond our control. This proposal subject
to acceptance wit' 30 days and is void thereafter at the
