The dwelling shall be constructed pursuant to generally accepted standards of the construction industry and substantially completed \,ith- in 120 days of issuance of the building permit, or within a reasonable time there- after, subject to delays and other conditions beyond the control of BUILDER. BUILDER agrees to pursue construction of the dwelling diligently to completion. 5. INSULATION.
