We hereby propose to furnish lab~r and materials as per
the following specifications, or equal per the attached
drawings.
A. SOIL: Prepare all habitable construction areas with
Termite control and provide certificate of such.

B, CONCRETE: Supply and install all concrete with footers
re-bar wire, visqueen and etc., after all
vegetation has been removed.
C. FRAMING: Supply and install 2X3 Aluminum framed walls
to code with foam insulation in all cavities.
Exterior walls to be sheated with ~ foam core
insulation.
D. WINDOWS: Supply and install white aluminum windows
as manufactured by Vinyl Tech or equal with
2 matching dead lights each side of door on
East wall.
E. EXTERIOR WALLS: All exterior to be furnished with

F. ROOF: Shall be 3" foam with .024 White aluminum both
sides and a snap lock system with 1 ft. overhang.
G. GUTTER & FACIA: Supply and install all gutter facia
and down spouts in colors to customers
choice.
H. DOORS: Shall be Aluminum with full glass and screens
1 3/4" thick of prime quality with keyed alike
locks and dead bolts.
I. SKY LIGHTS: Supply and install 3- 2X4 skylights as
per drawings.
J. INTERIOR WALLS: Supply and install paneling to $18.00
per panel with matching trims. B~th
room walls shall have sound deadening
installation in cavities as required.
K. BATH ROOM FIXTURES: Supply and install as per drawing
and National Plumbing Code BONE
Fiberglass shower stall 36"X34"
deep. ( NO CEILING OR SHOWER CURTAIN).
Bone commode with seat standard type
by Gerber or equal.
Vanity shall be of furniture quality
color shall be to customers choice
with a cultured marble top and sink
36" wide with quality fixtures and
pop up drain stop.
L. BATH ROOM FLOOR: Supply and install rolled goods up to
$15.00 per yard.
M. FUTURE BATH: Shall be roughed in as per drawings.
N. ELECTRIC: Supply and install to National Electric Code
White or Ivory switches and recepticals as per
attached electric drawing, fixture allowance
$25.00 each with track lighting in beams to
be an extra charge.
O. CARPET: Supply and install Aladdin Outdoor series
"Invincible". Customer to choose color.
