A. NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTIONS
The undersigned understands that this perlit lay be subject to "deed restrictions" which lay be lore restrictive than City
regulations. The undersigned assules responsibility for cOlpliance with.any applicable deed restrictions.
B. UNLICENSED CONTRACTORS AND CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
If the owner has hired a contractor or contractors to undertake work, they lay be required to be Jicensed in accordance with
state and local regulations. If the contractor is not licensed as required by law, both the owner and contractor lay be
cited for a aisde.eanor violation under state law. If the owner or interided contractor ire uncertain .as to what licensing
re~uire.ents .ay apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the City of Zephyrhills Building Depart~ent, l813l
788-6611.
Furthermore, if the owner has hired a contractor or contractors, he is advised to have the contractorlsl sign portions of the
"Contractor Sections" of this application for which they will be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor wishes you to sign
as nntractor that .ay be an indicatic,n th~t he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to permitting privileges in the
City of Zephyrhills. : .' .

applicable laws regulating construction, zoning, and land developlent.

regulating construction, City codes, zoning regulations, and land development regulations in the jurisdiction. I also

A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to yiui~te, cancel alter, or
set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Offici~J from thereafter
requiring a correctiun of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permit issued ihall beco.e invalid
unless the Nork authorized by such pertit is cO'lenced within six sonths of issuance, or if work authorIzed by the pertit is
suspended or abandoned for a period of six lonths after the tile the work is co&menced. One 90 day e~tEDsiu" of time, aay be
allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
approved inspection must be logged during each six tonth period, or the project will be considered dbaildoned.

2. Work will begin within approximately after credit is approved if any amount of this contract

3. It is agreed that this contract shall not become binding upon the Contractor until it is approved by an officer of the
company.
4. Any representations or agreements not contained herein shall not be binding on either party. All of the agreements and
underSlandings of each party are contained herein.
5. In the event it becomes necessary for the Contractor to employ an attorney to recover monies due under this agreement, or to
enforce any of the terms and provisions hereof, Owner(s) will be liable for, and agree(s) to pay, all costs and expenses, including
reasonable attorney's fees, necessarily incurred by Contractor as a result, regardless of whether suit is filed or not.
6. All unused materials shall. under any conditions, remain the property 01 the Contractor.
7. The undersigned warrant(s) that he is (they are) the owner(s) of the above mentioned premises and the legal title thereto
stands of record In his (their) name(s).
8. "BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL": This is a home solicitation sale, and if you do not want the goods or services. you may
cancel this agreement by providing written nOllce to the seller in person, by telegram, or by mail. This notice must indicate that
you do not want the goods or services and must be delivered or postmarked before midnight of the third business day after you
sign this agreement. If you cancel thiS agreement, the seller may nol keep all or part of any cash down payment.
9. In the event Owner attempts to cancel this agreement after the date and time allowed for cancellation under paragraph 8 of this
agreement, Owner(s) will be liable for, and agree(s) to pay Contractor, all damages which Contractor sustains as a result of such
cancellation, including loss of profit, Contractor's cost of any materials specially fabricated, and a 15% re-stocking charge for all
materials required for the work specified above.
