CONSTRUCfION. The dwelling shall be constructed pursuant to gen- erally accepted standards of the construction industry and substantially completed within 120 days of issuance of the building permit, or within a reasonable time thereafter, subject to delays and other conditions beyond the control of BUILDER. BUILDER agrees to pursue construction of the dwell- ing diligently to completion. 7. INSULATION. BUYER shall be obligated to notify BUILDER in writing at its office in Zephyrhills, Florida, of any defects covered by BUILDER'S express warranty on the dwelling and BUILDER shall make or authorize repairs as shall be nec- essary to correct such defects, as promptly as is reasonable possible.
