REINSPECTION FEES: When extra inspection trips are necessary due to anyone of the following reasons, a
charge of Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15,00) shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

The following is my rationale for calculating TIF for
the subject development.
The most nearly comparable lanq u'se for which we have a
calculated rate is Light Industrial. This rate of $467/1000
GSF is based on an' assumed 5 day work~eek. We assume that
your flea market will be open 2 days a, week which would be
40% of the Light Industrial traffic on a weekly basis.

RE: Sharing of Costs for Off-Site Water Line

We have reviewed the cost estimates for construction of a 12
inch water line and an 8 inch water line from Sam Pasco Park
to your site on the south side of the East Zephyrhills
Bypass prepared by R. L. poynter Construction, Inc.
We believe that the cost estimates for a 12 inch water line
are excessive. The unit cost for ,12" DR-1S pipe installed
is $14.25. The City is currently laying the same size and
type of pipe on Fort King at a cost ,of $10.50 per linear
foot. Wal-Mart installed the same 12 inch pipe on Pretty
Pond in May, 1992 at a unit cost of $10.50 per linear foot.
Based on these two recent experiences, we believe that
$10.50 per linear foot is a reasonable cost.
Schedule B for a 12 inch line should also be amended to
eliminate item 8 (cut and patch existing drive) because the
City has already provided a 20 inch sleeve under that
driveway which can be used for a 12 inch water line.
With the above changes the estimated costs' to construct a 12
inch line on the north side of the bypass'is:

This estimate does not include the cost of boring under the
roadway which '\Ali11 be done by the City. You will be
responsible for field-locating the point-af-crossing.
The estimated costs to extend an 8 inch water line to your
site on the south side of the Bypass is $12,340.
Based on these estimates, the City will reimburse you for
the excess costs attributable to a larger line (12 inch) in
a different alignment (north side of Bypass) for the City's
advantaqe. Our estimate of reimbursement is $5,985. Actual

reimbursement will be based on an engineer's certification
of actual costs of the as-built water line.
The City will also credit 50% of the remaining costs (estimated to
be $12,340) toward your water connection fees ('estimated to be
$2,318.75). Any excess credit will be reimbursed to you.

construction. If there is a substantial delay between
construction of the water line and construction of the flea market

Upon visiting the site of the Zephyrhills Flea
Market on August 26, 1992, I hereby submit the following
modifications to the Electrical Design/Drawings dated
April 20, 1992.
The( following concerns drawing El:
Due to the owner~s dispensing with the 250 Amp
additional requirement for 'Food Court' electrical,
the main service size can be reduced from 600 Amp
to 400 Amp. The corresponding feeder sizes can be
reduced in compliance with NEC.
Due to the relocation of lighting and power
panels, the branch circuit wiring can be modified
per my discussion with the contractor and continued
compliance with the NEC.
If any additional information or explanations are
