~ Skydive City ~ relocate shed from bunker
Skydive City requested relocating a shed from the bunker to
the north of the modular building site. The shed was used as
a classroom, and proposed use is for storage. Rather than
undergo continual changes at Skydive City, requiring numerous
revised site plans and SWFWMD permits, SPRC requested that
all changes be presented at one time for one review and
permitting process. No action was taken.
~ Sunshine Factory ~ place shed at rear alley
Sunshine Factory owner Henri Pohjolainen presented a proposal
to locate a shed at the alley immediately behind the store.
Because the business is located downtown within the city's
designated infill area, parking, setbacks and other require-
ments may be waiveQ. SPRC approved location of the shed, c~d
Sunshine Factory must obtain all necessary building permits,
etc. and anchor properly. Placement of the shed should not
block the dumpster. The city needs to situate the dumpster
so it does not protrude into the alley.

as contractor that lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to perlitting privileges in the
City of Zephyrhills.

requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code.. Every perlit issued shall becote in~alid
unless the work authorized by such perlit is cOI.enced within six lonths of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is
suspended or abandoned for a period of six aonths after the tile the work is cOI.enced. One 90 day extension of ti~e, ~a, be
allowed for the perlit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
approved inspection lust be logged during each six lonth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
