a, Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:
Porch Addition
1. Material and labor for exterior frame walls, as per plans.
2. Materials and labor for roof trusses, #15 felt paper and 90#
Roll Roofing with aluminum eavesdrip.
3. Painting and permits included.
4. Clean-up and debris removal to approved landfill.
TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE: $5,145.51
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be
completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra
cost, will be executed upon written orders, and will become an extra
charge over and above the estimate. All agreements are contingent upon
strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. This proposal subject
to acceptance within 30 days and is void thereafter at the option of
the undersigned.
In the event that arbitration is needed to settle any disputes, the
prevailing party shall be paid reasonable attorney's fees and cost to
settle.
Payment will be as follows: In full at completion of project per this
Contract. A monthly charge of 1.5% will be added to any unpaid balance
after terms, then every 30 days thereafter.
