REINSPECTION FEES: When extra inspection trips are necessary due to anyone of the following reasons, a
charge of Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15.00) shall be made for each trip for each trade:
a. Wrong Address
b. Condemned work resulting from faulty construction.
c. Repairs or corrections not made when inspection called.
d. Work not ready for inspection when called.
e. Permit not posted on job site.
f. Plans not at job site.
g. Work not accessible.
The payment of inspection fees shall be made before any further permits will be issued to the person owning
same.

Thank you for the opportunity presented to AARK Construction to submit
our estimate to repair damages caused by a recent lightning~trike. We have
estimated the repairs needed as closely as possible, however, due to the
nature of damage of this nature it is possible that further hidden damage
maY.De uncovered during the repair process. Should additional damage be
noted, we will notify all involved parties before proceeding with repairs to
allow time for examination.
Following is our detailed estimate. Please contact us if you have any
question as to pricing or scope of repairs.

NOTE: We have allowed for replacement of the roof shingles over the
section of structure where the lightning entered the roof. If a repair
were done rather than the entire area, it would be extremely noticeable
due to color difference between the old and new. We have calculated for
roofing over the existing shingles rather than removal of the old. Should
removal be demanded, we would gladly provide this service, however, an
additional charge would be necessary.
